Berry Kruijning, JD, LL.M coaches people leaders to become confident and impactful, by helping them develop and refine essential leadership skills such as effective communication and conflict management. In her work with In-Accord, she helps her clients to embrace their own style, while being flexible to adapt to others’ styles to create dynamic relationships.

Berry’s coaching has been deeply informed by 20+ years of working in Human Resources, coaching leaders and training teams in global settings and living abroad for almost 30 years. She holds a degree in Master of Laws from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Additionally, Berry is certified as a Mediator, NLP Master Practitioner Coach, Professional Life Coach (ICF Accredited), Organizational Constellations, and is a Conflict Management Coach (ICF Accredited). She is licensed to use the Conflict Dynamics Profile Assessment and other tools.

In her role as leadership development and communication coach, Berry successfully coached hundreds of frontline managers and managers of managers in Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Facebook, Nasa, Visa, Deloitte and Google, based all over the world. She specializes in working with introverted leaders in academia, non-profit, for profit and socially responsible organizations.

Based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest (USA), you can find Berry in her free time in the outdoors; hiking and backpacking alpine trails, kayaking lakes and sailing on the Columbia River near Portland, Oregon.
