Christy is a facilitator and mediator in Oregon and Washington. In her work with In-Accord, she specializes in experiential learning and development, helping leaders and teams navigate workplace culture, strengthen collaboration, and elevate performance. With over two decades of experience designing and delivering transformative learning experiences, she equips organizations with the tools and strategies to build trust, align diverse perspectives, and strengthen communication.
She has worked with corporate, nonprofit, and public sector organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, global pharmaceuticals, and government agencies, helping teams navigate organizational change, strategic planning, and high stakes decision making through structured dialogues, leadership training, and immersive team-building initiatives. Her certifications in Integral Facilitation®, LEGO® Serious Play®, and Polarity Thinking inform her interactive and strategic approach that creates results-driven solutions.
When a county faced the complex challenge of developing a Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan, Christy led a 10-month, multi-jurisdiction planning process involving a core team of six and over 50 key stakeholders. She facilitated meetings, led stakeholder engagement, created inclusive processes, and managed the project from vision to final presentation. Through structured dialogue, community input, and strategic alignment, she helped transform competing priorities into a cohesive and actionable plan. When tensions emerged, her expertise kept leaders aligned and focused on solutions. The result? A well-grounded, collaborative strategy positioned to secure federal funding for regional resilience.
Christy has spent most of her life in Canada but now enjoys rural life in the Columbia Gorge, where she immerses herself in nature daily. An avid adventurer and active community volunteer, she spends her free time mountain biking, hiking, standup paddleboarding, and canoeing . She has recently taken up sailing and has a deep appreciation for local wild plant medicine and foraging for mushrooms.
