Justin Navetski is an In-Accord consultant specializing in leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on forward movement. Leveraging principles of applied behavioral science, Justin trains and facilitates conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and inclusion, both individually and in group settings.

Justin thrives in high-stakes group environments. He has facilitated for Yiya AirScience, securing over $200,000 in funding at the MIT Solve design competition, and helped grow the restorative justice program for at-risk youth in Thurston County, WA.

Justin is trained in several conflict and facilitation methodologies, and continues to expand his expertise in cultural competency, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence. He is a fearless facilitator, whom has been described by colleagues as “a rigorous thinker, constantly connecting the dots of the big picture to small moments.”

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Justin enjoys hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities when he’s not engrossed in a good book or playing games with friends.
