Kimberly Koch-Hult

Kimberly Koch-Hult brings uniquely diverse expertise to her roles as a relational conflict process guide. She is client-driven and enjoys meeting people exactly where they are with compassionate regard. She provides Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services including consultation, coaching, a range of mediation, facilitation and dialogue processes, climate assessment and pulse checks. She is also well-versed in assessment tools and teambuilding activities that promote lateral and inclusive thinking for organizational development. Passionate about neuroscience, Kimberly presents on topics related to communication, universal design, complexity, decision making, wellness, and consciousness.

In addition to her work with In-Accord, her professional background includes developing a national accessibility program for the USFS Office of Civil Rights, deploying as an HR Specialist on wildfires, standing up a national EEO ADR branch for the USFS, deploying as an ADR Advisor for FEMA, serving as Chair of the Oregon Federal Executive Board’s Shared Neutrals program, managing restorative justice and foreclosure avoidance ADR programs. She serves on several mediator rosters and volunteers as a family mediator specializing in neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, and resilience. Kimberly has worked internationally as a researcher/writer and as a facilitator for UN Programs, scientific glassblower, and research laboratory manager.

Adept with bringing together stakeholders for organizational change, she has a proven record of resolving complex and sensitive employee complaints, grievances, and interpersonal conflicts. Certified in co-active executive coaching models, she has coached hundreds of managers as they explore self-transformational leadership. She specializes in coaching start up teams, intuitives, and mid-career leaders who are using 360 processes and comparing feedback from different assessment instruments (including MBTI, DISC + Values, True Colors, EQi and EQ 360, CDP, TKI, Enneagram) to glean value from unexpected places.

Kimberly was trained in Classics and Economics at Reed College and recently completed American University’s Key Executive Leadership program. When she is not tending garden beds, foraging, or sculpting in a studio, she can be found skiing mountains, sailing, or soaking in hot springs.
