Cristian Corsi

MBA, ACC

Cristian is a certified Global Executive Coach with In-Accord. He has extensive management and business expertise in top Fortune 500 companies, including Nike and Walmart. Originally from Argentina, his passion is being an innovative, idea-driven, strategic thinker and collaborator with leaders from all levels of management. Cristian has coached C-suite leaders in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and South Africa for many globally recognized brands.

Coaching is, for him, an opportunity to introduce and integrate conscious leadership into organizations and develop emotional intelligence in leaders, generating new trust and confidence in themselves and their people. Cristian believes that during change, coaching creates informed, nimble, and trusting interactions that elevate the individual and the enterprise performance, creating renewed confidence and capacities.

His approach to coaching involves designing active and collaborative participation by the coach and client. He creates a powerful relationship with trust as the bedrock for clients seeking to learn, transform, and achieve their goals. He believes coaching is built on confidentiality, deep listening, and action and growth steps to advance the client’s life plan.

Cristian received an Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate from the Institute of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. He is a credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation (A.C.C.), is certified as a Leadership Circle Profile coach, has IFC Professional Certified Coach credentials, and has an Enneagram certification by Aephoria. Cristian holds a B.A. in International Commerce and an M.B.A. in International Economic Policy (U.D.A.E. and Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina).

Cristian likes to travel the world with his family (he speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese). He serves on the Board of Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation and Minds of Tomorrow. He devotes time to serve as a mentor at the University of Oregon Sports Master Program and the Social Capital Academy at U.C. Fullerton.
