Nicole Carey has a passion for improving the workplace through effective training, team development, coaching, and understanding others’ strengths and styles. She has worked in a variety of operational and human resource roles both internally and as a consultant for small to Fortune 500 companies. Nicole coaches employees to understand their own strengths and preferences and guides them to garner a more fulfilling and engaging workplace. She believes when people have a better understanding of themselves and others, there is a higher likelihood of more effective relationships. When conflicts inevitably arise, she helps people engage in productive conflict resolution that leads to a more effective and productive work environment.

In addition to her work with In-Accord, Nicole volunteers her time as a community mediator with the Center for Mediation and Dialogue and as a Moderator for the national organization, Braver Angels, which works to de-polarize communities and allow for healthy, respectful political dialogue. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach along with an Authorized Partner with Wiley, using and facilitating DiSC and 5Behaviors of a Team, to strengthen teams and partnerships.

When she can, Nicole is traveling, camping, hiking, or playing Pickleball with her husband and friends!
