When Later Is Now
By the time clients contact us they are beyond shrugging. There is no more wishful “we’ll deal with it later” procrastination. This IS later.
To restart derailed working relationships among key people you’ve appealed to their better judgement, set what seemed like clear parameters, called out unproductive behavior, highlighted the cost of continued conflict, and perhaps even hinted at disciplinary options. Despite the time, stress, and effort you’ve invested, they battle on.
You recognize the status quo is no longer acceptable. In-Accord appears when you reach out to a trusted colleague, post a plea to your professional association, or simply search the term “workplace conflict.”
While each initial meeting with prospective clients is unique, one thing I invariably say is, “You’ve called the right place. Believe it or not resolving this type of discord is what we do all day.”
I offer this as hope when the cup seems irretrievably broken. I share it to normalize the discomfort of facing internal conflict so disruptive that you require outside assistance. And, of course, I say it because it’s what we do and we can help.
If you’ve invested much trying to restore working relationships, but things continue to deteriorate and detract from your profitability or mission, lets’ meet (schedule here).
