Lauren is an experienced In-Accord facilitator and consultant who supports both mediation processes and large-scale facilitation engagements. She is versed in workplace mediation, meeting processes, group engagement, and capturing group memory. Lauren has many years of experience with Multnomah County Small Claims mediation, Equity Informed Eviction Prevention mediation through Resolutions Northwest, and contracted workplace mediations. Additionally, Lauren has worked as the Executive Director for Repair PDX, a non-profit in Portland, for over a decade.
