Océane is a systems thinking enthusiast and certified mediator pivoting into work in the humanitarian emergency response sphere. She has an unique approach to using data analysis, mediation, and peacebuilding to support smooth project operations and human centered leadership.
Océane's experience includes using mediation skills to build acceptance within teams that were working on a program that was feeding meals to 8,000 Afghans as they were transitioning into a new life here in the U.S. She has lead large, diverse teams in an ever-changing context which allows her to provide valuable support to international, human-centered emergency programs.
